Barrie Holland who is a British actor/model and is based in England has worked in over 200 films/TV series over the past 40 years.
He is well known worldwide for his famous scene with Harrison Ford in ' Return of the Jedi ' as Lt. Renz arresting Han Solo with the immortal line " You Rebel Scum " ! When he first rehearsed the scene which took two days to complete, and he called Han Solo " You Rebel Scum " Harrison lightly slapped his face and said " Nobody calls me that " ! The famous British cameraman Alan Hume ( who sadly passed away recently ) was the Cinematographer on ' Jedi ' and every time Barrie worked with him in the following years he would always call Barrie ' Rebel Scum ' ! He was a very nice man and it was always a standing joke between them .
In a Star Wars Supplement issued with the British Film Magazine 'Empire,' in November, 2005, his Scene as Imperial Officer Lt. Renz capturing Han Solo (Harrison Ford), with the famous line "You Rebel Scum!" in 'Return of the Jedi', was voted by Hundreds of readers in a National Countrywide Poll in Great Britain, as the 'Cult Moment' of the entire Film.
He is the First (and only) Imperial Officer (apart from the late Peter Cushing) to have a Mini-Bust made by Gentle Giant Studios, California, USA with Lucas Films' approval, thanks to Philip Wise of Rebelscum.Com. His Mini-Bust was also the First to be issued with a personally Signed Photograph Card and it was also the First 'Talking' Mini-Bust of any Star Wars Actor from the Six Films...press a Button and it says "You Rebel Scum!" It was a big honour for him and was issued in a Limited Edition format of 2,500 Figures.

He has also worked on many British and American television series such as The Sweeney, The Professionals, Minder, Inspector Morse, Poirot, Magnum ( US ), Hart to Hart ( US ), Matlock ( US ), Loveboat ( US ) . He has also worked with Tom Selleck ( Magnum ) on two full-length films, Three men and a Little Lady and Lassiter . He once played ' Hitler ' in a single scene in ' The Wilderness Years ' as opposed to Robert Hardy's Churchill .
Apart from his film/TV career, he was a male model participating in fashion shows in London for Jaeger, Carrington Vyella, Fortnum and Mason, Southern Television, etc. He has also worked on many TV advertisements and photographic assignments for magazines and the National Press . He has also appeared in training films . And he has also appeared on Stage live in Germany, playing the Role of 'Flute the Bellows Mender' in William Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' in 1956.
Over the past nine years he considers himself to be very lucky as he has been invited to over sixty celebrity shows around the world as a guest actor, to Texas, California, Indiana, Massachusetts ( USA ). Japan, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Holland, Wales, England, etc. to meet the fans .
